Our Personal Lines Insurance Sales Representative will be responsible for driving new business growth through high-volume outbound and inbound calling, focusing on lead outreach, prospect engagement, and policy conversion.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct high-volume outbound and inbound calls to prospective clients and leads.
• Collect and verify underwriting information from prospects to prepare accurate quotes.
• Generate and present personal lines of insurance quotes (auto, home, and related coverage).
• Clearly explain coverage options, policy details, and pricing to clients.
• Handle objections confidently and work to close sales during initial or follow-up calls.
• Maintain detailed and accurate call notes, prospect information, and activity records in the agency management system and CRM.
• Utilize rating platforms (EZLynx, Applied Rater, Tarmika) to shop carriers and compare coverage options.
