MutualONE is seeking an experienced Underwriter to join our team reporting to the Underwriting Manager. Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of experience in underwriting and will be detail-oriented and organized. This role focuses on building valuable relationships with agents and brokers while following established guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
• Underwrite policies in auto, residential, and umbrella lines
• Complete risk assessments and negotiate terms on various risks
• Apply technical knowledge to documentation and rating
• Maintain service standards for quotes, endorsements, and renewals
