About the Role
As a Personal Support Worker, you will deliver high-quality personal, emotional, and social care that enhances residents’ dignity, independence, and wellbeing.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Assisting with personal care (showering, dressing, grooming, toileting)

Supporting mobility and safe transfers

Assisting residents with meals and dietary needs

Monitoring and reporting changes in health or behaviour

Maintaining accurate documentation

Working collaboratively with nurses and the wider care team
What We’re Looking For
Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent

Passion for aged care and helping others

Friendly, compassionate, and adaptable team player

Great communication skills and a positive attitude
