We pay our coaches a fixed, above-market salary. No sales targets. No commissions.

We think tying a coach‘s pay to selling memberships is broken: it puts the coach‘s wallet in conflict with the client‘s interest. So we removed it. You‘re paid well to do one thing: get your clients results.
