Personal Trainer

Required for Saudi Arabia

Requirements:

• Certified personal trainer with experience in 
  strength training, endurance, and overall fitness
  .
• Ability to design customized workout plans based on individual fitness levels.
• Proficiency in self-defence techniques
   (e.g., martial arts, Krav Maga, boxing, or similar).
• Knowledge of 
  nutrition and wellness coaching
   is preferred.
• Strong motivational and interpersonal skills.

Duties:

• Conduct 
  personal training sessions
   tailored to fitness goals.
• Provide 
  self-defence training
   as part of fitness sessions.
• Monitor progress and adjust workout routines as needed.
• Ensure proper technique and injury prevention.
• Provide dietary and wellness advice if required.
