Personnel Logistics Assistant

The Personnel Logistics Assistant will be responsible for ensuring compliant, efficient and safe logistics coordination for offshore and onshore personnel involved in oil & gas operations. The role includes managing flight logistics, passenger registration, mobility processes, training compliance, access control, and daily operational reporting. This position supports aviation operations, HSE, cost control, and overall personnel movement planning, guaranteeing that all logistics activities are executed with accuracy, quality, and alignment with operational requirements.
