Pest Control Team Leader

Responsibilities:

• Oversee a team of pest control service technicians to ensure that all work is carried out to the highest standard.
• Develop and implement service plans to meet customer requirements and exceed their expectations.
• Ensure all customer feedback is handled promptly and to the satisfaction of the customer.
• Plan, schedule and monitor workloads to ensure efficient use of resources.
• Provide effective leadership and support to team members to promote teamwork, high morale and a positive culture.
• Manage performance and conduct regular performance reviews with all team members.
• Ensure adherence to all Health and Safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Willing to work on a shifting schedule
• Willing to do fieldwork and to travel within North Luzon area.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
