Customer Service & Sales

• Recommend appropriate products based on pets, breed, diet, allergies, and lifestyle needs.
• Communicate product benefits clearly, especially those related to pet health, nutrition, and wellness.
• Achieve sales targets through product knowledge and customer engagement.
