Pet Groomer

The position shall be in-charge of taking care and grooming of pets. The position is also responsible to be updated to the different trends in pet grooming.

PET GROOMING

• Do initial assessment of pets to be groomed
• Perform necessary grooming procedures/ grooming style that suits to the pets and in accordance with pet owner's preference
• Ensure pet safety
• Ensure workplace safety
• Maintain a clean and organized grooming area as well as pet holding area

CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE MANAGEMENT

Communicate with pet owners on a respectful manner in order to know the following

• A. Desired Grooming Procedures of pet owners especially if customer is first timer
• B. Any condition the pets may be having
• C. Special Instructions from the pet owner
• D. Desired pick up time

Communicate the following to the customers:

• 1. Duration of the grooming procedure
