Pet Store Assistant

Job Summary:

This role requires knowledge of basic to full grooming techniques, proper hygiene practices, and the use of grooming tools, as well as the ability to recognize signs of stress, illness, or aggression in animals.

Job Qualifications:

• Prior experience in pet hotel care, grooming, or professional animal handling
• Proven ability to safely handle dogs and cats of various sizes, breeds, and temperaments
• Knowledge of basic to full pet grooming techniques, hygiene practices, and grooming tools
• Understanding of animal behavior, including recognizing signs of stress, illness, or aggression
• Physically fit and able to stand for long periods, lift pets, and perform hands-on care tasks
