About the Company

• Our client is a group of companies that is diversified in the design, development and management of boutique commercial and leisure real estate and brands. We are hiring an experienced Shell Petrol Station Manager to manage day-to-day station operations, staff training, setting SOP and liaise with external stakeholders independently.
  

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily activities and ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely manner
• Ensure the petrol station is adequately stocked
• Manage staff and ensure that all employees are properly trained
• Monitor financial performance and ensure that all financial and operational goals are met
• Ensure that all regulations and laws regarding the operation of a gas station are followed
