Petroleum Product Operations Executive

Job Description

Our client is a petroleum product trading company involved in the import and export of petroleum products. They are currently seeking a Petroleum Product Operations Executive to oversee trades and operations. This role will report to the Trading Deputy Managing Director based in Singapore.

【Responsibilities】
- Prepare deal contracts and negotiate / counter terms with counterparties.
- Ensure all commercial and operational obligations and nominations arising from contracts are properly executed in compliance with company standards.
- Handle cargo and vessel operations, including vessel screening, preparation of required documentation, and vessel bunkering where applicable.
- Liaise with suppliers, surveyors, ship brokers, agents, and bunker sellers/suppliers to ensure timely and smooth shipment execution.(Due to the nature of operational duties, occasional responses outside normal working hours may be required depending on ...
