Responsibilities
Splice overlapping log runs into single composite curves, perform rigorous depth alignment and tie-in across log suites to eliminate depth discrepancies.
Execute structured quality control (QC) protocols on field-wide well logs across all acquisition vintages, implement normalization algorithms to reconcile tool response variations, apply environmental corrections for borehole conditions, and resolve data anomalies to deliver a standardized, depth-consistent petrophysical database.
Perform detailed quality assurance (QA) audits of petrophysical analyses to identify critical gaps in log interpretation, core calibration, and fluid distribution then deliver targeted solutions that enhance subsurface model confidence.
Conduct integrated fluid distribution study incorporating well logs, mud-logs, pressure/sampling data, DST, and production data to define fluid, identify discrete pressure compartments, and assess reservoir connectivity for optimized field dev...
