P&F Lead

Job Purpose

We are looking for a Planning & Forecasting Lead with strong leadership skills and finance acumen to deliver exceptional planning and forecasting leadership to in‑market Finance teams, commercial teams, and regional / area teams. The role requires building effective relationships across a matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders – within the P&F Hubs, International Finance teams and other GSK teams (such as Corporate & Segment FP&A teams, GRCoE). Success in the role requires the ability to think critically, positively challenge and influence key stakeholders at all levels. You will be instrumental in producing robust forecasts, insightful management information, and proactively identifying opportunities, and securing return on investments.
