FM Contracts Manager

We are recruiting for an experienced Contract Manager to oversee a multi‑site healthcare portfolio operating within a long‑term PFI environment across the North West.

This role is responsible for ensuring full compliance across Hard FM services, managing engineering teams, protecting contractual performance and acting as the key interface with the LIFTCo and client stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of Hard FM services across multiple sites
• Ensure 100 per cent completion of PPM and reactive works
• Manage contractual KPIs and minimise payment mechanism deductions
• Act as the regional contract subject matter expert
• Chair client meetings and oversee compliance reporting
