Department: Commercial Location: Philippines Department: Commercial Location: Philippines Job Description - Define and execute a KOL/influencer strategy for Indonesia (short-form video, livestream, Instagram, YouTube, blogs) aligned to acquisition, retention and category priorities.
- Proactively recruit, vet and sign high-potential KOLs across macro / micro / nano tiers and niche verticals; grow a diverse pipeline to meet seasonal and campaign needs.
- Lead end-to-end KOL campaign operations: briefing, creative direction, content calendars, tracking setup, launch, monitoring, optimization and post-campaign reconciliation.
- Establish onboarding processes, performance tiers, incentive schemes and long-term partner development plans to improve lifetime value and content quality.
- Collaborate with Creative, Marketing, Category & Merchant teams to co-develop assets, promo mechanics and landing experiences that maximize KOL-driven conversion.
