Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective leads
• Qualify prospects based on provided criteria
• Schedule appointments for our credit consulting team
• Maintain and update CRM records accurately
• Meet weekly/monthly performance targets and KPIs

Requirements

• Must be available to work on a PST schedule
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proactive, coachable, and goal-oriented
• Previous sales or appointment setting experience is a plus
