PH PS&L Analyst

The Parts Supply and Logistics Analyst is responsible for managing and optimizing international and domestic supply chain operations while ensuring full compliance with government regulations. This role oversees import processes, analyzes logistics performance, coordinates transportation activities, and ensures adherence to customs, trade, and regulatory requirements.

**Importation & Trade Management**

+ Manage end-to-end importation processes, including documentation, shipment tracking, and customs clearance
+ Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, brokers, and port authorities
+ Prepare and review import documents (e.g., Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin)
+ Monitor shipment schedules to ensure timely arrival and minimize demurrage and detention costs
+ Ensure accurate tariff classification and valuation of imported goods
