Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients, including administering medication, monitoring vital signs, and documenting patient progress
• Lead and coordinate the nursing team, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to clinical protocols
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
