Job Summary

We are looking for a Pharma Coatings Technician to support pharmaceutical and nutraceutical product development through hands-on film coating trials, laboratory operations, and technical documentation. The role is ideal for science graduates with exposure to pharmaceutical manufacturing or R&D who want to build technical expertise in tablet film coating systems and GMP-compliant laboratory work.

Key Responsibilities

· Perform pharmaceutical film coating trials for tablets and solid dosage forms

· Prepare and operate film coating equipment (coating pans, mixers, compressors, dust collectors, and related tools)

· Monitor and record critical coating parameters such as temperature, pan speed, spray rate, and weight gain

· Prepare and evaluate film coating systems (e.g., HPMC, PVA, methacrylic acid copolymers; aqueous and organic systems)

· Assist in sample preparation, labeling, monitoring, and documentation
