Pharma Scheduler – E2E Planning & Primavera Lead

12-month position, with possibilities for extension.

Main responsibilities

• Owning the E2E schedules for programs (Operational readiness) including workload, updating the resources workload for PCP operation (manufacturing building).
• Leading the meeting with internal stakeholders (QA, QC, Ops, MSAT, Plant Eng, support team) for E2E schedule update and tracking.
• Supporting/owning the planning of the different projects and supporting other tasks not only related to scheduling.

Qualifications and Experience

• Relevant Swiss working/residency permit and/or Swiss/EU Citizenship required.
• At least 5 years in similar roles in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.
• Experience in using different systems, including Primavera P6.
• Data‑driven, open minded, curious about data and keen to develop schedule on Primavera and Excel.
