Pharmaceutical Rep

JOB PURPOSE:
We are seeking a dynamic Hybrid Representative to bridge the gap between Primary Care Detailing and Retail Pharmacy execution. You will be responsible for end-to-end territory growth—from influencing the prescription pad to negotiating front-shop shelf space.
CALLING ON:
Doctors: Dermatologists, Paediatricians, General Practitioners
Pharmacy: Groups, Dis-Chem, Clicks
Focus: OTC, Front Shop, Schedule lines & Ethical products
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Achieve sales targets through effective Dr detailing and cost-benefit analysis.
Execute in-store marketing strategies; negotiate shelf space, stock takes, and displays.
Train HCP's and pharmacy staff on product application, dosages, and indications.
Utilize Repwise, SSD Reports, and Impact RX to monitor data and identify competitive advantages.
Manage territory call cycles, admin (expenses/feedback), and resolve customer complaints.
