Pharmacist (Clinical Specialist Provider Educator)

Summary The Clinical Pharmacist Practitioner (CPP), Provider Clinical Educator will be integral part of Health Informatics team and will report directly to Chief Health Informatics Officer. As part of Clinical Educator, Clinical Pharmacist Practitioner will provide CPRS training to new providers and also existing providers. Incumbent will be responsible for assisting and leading training during transition to new EHRM in future for Salisbury VA Health Care System. Responsibilities Incumbent will work closely with CACs in Health Informatics in different VISTA packages including Order Package, TIU Package, Consult Package Engages actively in provider Computerized Patient Record System (CPRS) training which includes face to face, hands on CPRS training, training on TEAMS when needed and follow up and shadowing with new providers when needed to address any CPRS related questions Works collaboratively with Clinical Application Coordinator (CAC) supervisor and Clinical Informatics Team to man...
