Job Description

• Dispense Medications: Fill prescriptions accurately, providing the right drugs and dosages based on the doctor’s instructions.
• Patient Counseling: Advise patients on how to take their medications, potential side effects, and drug interactions.
• Medication Therapy Management (MTM): Evaluate the effectiveness of medication regimens, adjusting doses as necessary and providing solutions for drug-related problems.
• Health Screenings & Immunizations: Administer vaccines and conduct health screenings for conditions like diabetes, cholesterol, and blood pressure.
• Consulting with Healthcare Providers: Work with doctors and other healthcare professionals to optimize treatment plans and ensure patient safety.
• Inventory Management: Maintain proper stock of medications, ensuring proper storage conditions and managing supply orders.
