This is a great opportunity to collaborate closely with an expert interdisciplinary team, contribute to advanced neonatal pharmacotherapy, and make a real impact on families during critical moments.The Pharmacist I – NICU will provide direct patient care in accordance with the AHS Pharmacy Services clinical expectations standards at the Stollery. This includes managing medication therapy for patients collaboratively with other healthcare providers in a patient centered model to ensure that medications are used safely, effectively and appropriately.
