Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm (30min lunch) or 8am-5pm (1-hour lunch)

**Responsibilities**

+ Screen patient charts to ensure medication orders are aligned with the chart note as well as lab work, vitals, allergies, etc.
+ Process new medication orders.
+ Fill prescription orders when needed.
+ Check filled prescription orders for accuracy.
+ Educate patients on medication therapy.
