PHARMACIST

Job Requirements

• Must be a Registered Pharmacist
• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy
• With a valid PRC license
• With at least 6 months of related experience
• Must be computer literate
• Willing to assigned in Canlubang, Calamba Laguna
• Willing to be assigned at Hospital Setting.

Responsibilities

• Responsible in giving special patient information regarding the drug dosage, route of administration, as part of total care program.
• Ensures that established policies and procedures are followed.
• Checks for accuracy of dose prepared.
• Provides drug control considering proper storage and dispensing, insures that all states and drug laws are followed.
• Provides for proper record keeping and billing.
