Pharmacist

Job Responsibilities
- Ensure proper poison inventory and stock control
- Conduct medication review, dispensing, consultation, and patient counselling
- Execute Medi-range activities to enhance medication safety (e.g. medication reviews, cautionary labels, packing systems, health screening)
- Collaborate with Branch Manager to support smooth and effective outlet operations - Perform medication compounding (in Alpro Specialty Pharmacy)
- Serve as a Certified Smoking Cessation Service Provider (CSCSP) where applicable
- Work closely with other healthcare professionals on patient care
- Maintain accurate poison recording and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Facilitate internal and external training for professional development
- Promote health awareness and medication safety through customer engagement
- Comply with all SOPs to maintain a safe and clean working environment
