Pharmacist

Job Description

You will provide good pharmaceutical care to our patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
You will also have opportunities to run ambulatory clinics such as Lipid Optimization, Anti-coagulation, Heart failure, Hypertension, Diabetic Nephropathy, Smoking Cessation and even provide Nursing Home Consults.

Requirements;
Yishun Health is a network of medical institutions and health facilities of the National Healthcare Group in the north of Singapore. It comprises Admiralty Medical Centre, Khoo Teck Puat Hospital and Yishun Community Hospital.
