As a Pharmacist, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Deliver clinical services and support patient care.
• Ensure accurate, safe, and compliant dispensing of medications.
• Follow all clinical regulations, compliance standards, and operating procedures.
• Assist with daily pharmacy operations.
• Review and assess patients' medication profiles.
• Maintain adequate medication stock within the pharmacy.
• Educate patients and caregivers on medication use and care.
• Dispense medications and provide clear instructions on proper usage.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Possess a Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy with a valid registration with Singapore Pharmacy Council.
