Pharmacist Supervisor

• Supervise daily pharmacy operations to ensure optimal service delivery.
• Manage and train pharmacy staff on best practices and compliance.
• Monitor inventory levels and order medications as necessary.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues that arise.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and standards in the pharmacy.

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or related field
• Experience Level: 0–2 years
• Skills and Competencies: Medical knowledge, Problem solving skills, Attention to detail
• Responsibilities and Duties: Experience in a pharmacy environment preferred
• Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership and communication skills
• Working Conditions: Ability to work shifts, including evenings and weekends
