Compounding Pharmacists Job Description:

· Prepare custom dosage forms and/or prescription medications to meet an individual patient's or physician's needs.

· Compounding of capsules, injectables (sterile products), topical creams and transdermal gels..

· Sterilized vials, forceps and bottles used for compounding.

· Use different types of filter membranes

· Keep compounding area clean.

· Monitoring of inventory of Raw materials

· Receiving og Raw Materials according to FDA standards

· Maintenance of machines and equipment

· Stocks check in /check out.

· Printing of Daily work sheets

· Modifying of dose according to doctors order

· Assists in Issuance of Proforma invoice and sales invoice to clients

· Packing of orders for delivery

· Printing of stickers of Finish products

· Review/Check/Dispense orders according to doctor's prescription
