Pharmacist Trainer

Job Description:

As a Pharmacist Traineryou will be part of HR-specifically in Learning & Organizational Development team. The Learning and Development (L&D) Officer – Pharmacist plays a key role in designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs that enhance the knowledge, skills, and compliance of Southstar Drug employees, particularly in the areas of pharmacy operations, regulatory standards, and customer care. The role ensures that all pharmacists and pharmacy staff are trained in alignment with company policies, DOH/FDA regulations, and professional standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and facilitate training programs for pharmacists, pharmacy assistants, and store staff.
• Conduct learning needs analysis and recommend relevant programs to support employee growth and compliance.
