Pharmacist

Our Client, a Healthcare company, is looking for a Pharmacist for their State College, PA location. Responsibilities:

+ The Clinical Staff/Ambulatory Pharmacist provides comprehensive patient care services through inpatient pharmacy functions, including but not limited to order entry/verification, medication checking/dispensing and other pertinent tasks that ensure safe and effective use of medications.

+ The Pharmacist may also rotate into ambulatory roles such as anticoagulation clinic services, oncology or others as determined by Manager.

+ The Clinical Staff/Ambulatory Pharmacist will be involved in patient care activities supporting a variety of patient populations, ranging from geriatrics to pediatrics.

+ Receives minimal supervision from the Pharmacy Manager and Supervisors.

Requirements:

+ Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy required.

+ Doctor of Pharmacy degree preferred.
