MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

·Degree: Bachelor's degree in pharmacy.

·Education: Graduate from a college or university accredited by the Accreditation Council on Pharmaceutical Education (ACPE).

·Experience: Possess a minimum of 3 years’ experience in outpatient and inpatient pharmacy to include ICU, Med/Surg, NICU, Pediatric, and sterile compounding.

·Licensure: Current, full, active, and unrestricted license to practice as a pharmacist.

·U.S. Citizenship: Shall be a U.S. citizen

·English Language Requirement: Shall be able to read, write, speak and understand English well enough to effectively communicate with all patients and other health care providers.
