Job Role:
 Pharmacists
Band: 7/8aSPECIFICATIONS:
General Pharmacist duties including Medicines reconciliation, audits, patient counselling, clinical checks and participating multi-disciplinary team meetings
QUALIFICATIONS:
6 months of Healthcare experience as a Pharmacists
Right to work in the UK
References covering the last 3 years of clinical employment
Should have 1 year of experience
GPhC registration
Overseas Police Check, if any
Indemnity Insurance
Up-to-date CV
Key skills: Compassion, Time management, Clinical Skills
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Clinical review of prescriptions and patient-orientated medication review
Provision of specialist pharmaceutical advice to multi-disciplinary teams
Involvement of patients in decisions about their medicines to support adherence and improve outcomes
