Responsibilities:
· Keen to work in a clinic environment.
· Pleasant mannerism and good communication skills.
· Ability to handle customer complaints and ensuring proper action has been taken.
· Liaise with internal departments to meet customer's satisfaction.
· Multitask according to the centre's requirements
· To provide a vital link to customer through quality assured and timely customer services.
· Consistently deliver quality care to customers to achieve total customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
· Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Nursing or equivalent.
· Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
