Pharmacy Assistant (KL)

Public Medicare Group Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a skilled Pharmacy Assistant to join our growing team in Kuala Lumpur. As a Pharmacy Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the efficient and safe delivery of pharmaceutical services to our patients. This is a full-time position based in our Kuala Lumpur location.

What you'll be doing

• Assist the pharmacist in dispensing medications and providing patient counselling
• Receive, unpack and store pharmaceutical products in accordance with established procedures
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely re-ordering of supplies
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare professionals
• Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing and answering phone inquiries
• Adhere to all relevant healthcare regulations, policies and procedures
