Pharmacy Assistant

About the role

As a Pharmacy Assistant at sunlight pharmacy (sibu) sdn bhd', you will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient and effective operations of our community pharmacy located in Sibu Sarawak. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for assisting our team of pharmacists in providing high-quality healthcare services to our patients.

What you'll be doing

• Assisting pharmacists in the dispensing of medications, ensuring accurate preparation and labeling of prescriptions
• Maintaining inventory of pharmaceutical supplies, ordering and restocking items as needed
• Providing excellent customer service to patients, answering questions, and addressing their concerns
• Performing administrative tasks such as data entry, record-keeping, and filing
• Adhering to all relevant healthcare regulations and pharmacy policies
• Collaborating with the pharmacy team to improve workflow and enhance patient care
