Job Description

                    Function Pharmacy Facility Position Pharmacy Clerk Introduction A vacancy exists for a Pharmacy Clerk, based at Life Groenkloof Hospital reporting to the Inventory Manager. The successful candidate will contribute to effective functioning and co-ordination of the Stores to the required standards.
 Critical Outputs Accurate goods receipting against invoices

Investigating of queries relating invoices and MIR6

Assist with investigation of GRIR reports

Addressing purchase price variances

Adhering to all SOP’s relating to stock and its management

Planning and capturing of cycle counts for stock take

Assist with close out of month end reports

Investigation of unrecorded liabilities

Daily filing of Invoices and other documentation

New item code requests

Unpacking and checking of stock

Process ward and theatre stock requisitions.
