Pharmacy CSR - AR / RCM | Healthcare

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Pharmacy Accounting & Third‑Party Billing Analyst supports clients by analyzing pharmacy receivables and resolving billing issues related to third‑party prescription claims. This role requires strong understanding of pharmacy accounting , insurance payment cycles , and how pharmacy transactions flow into the General Ledger (GL) .

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze third‑party prescription billing from claim submission through insurance payment
• Research pharmacy receivable discrepancies and identify root causes
• Understand and explain how pharmacy receivables impact the General Ledger
• Review remittances (835), EOBs, and payer responses
• Reconcile payments against expected reimbursement
• Identify gaps in billing, posting, or reconciliation processes
