Pharmacy Manager

As a full-time on-site Pharmacy Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of a well-established retail pharmacy. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer service and sales, managing inventory, supervising staff, ensuring compliance with regulations, and fostering positive relationships with customers and healthcare providers.

Qualifications

• Previous experience managing a pharmacy or healthcare environment
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of dispensing systems and pharmacy operations in adherence to federal and provincial regulations
• Proven expertise in inventory and financial management
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or equivalent experience
• Licensed pharmacist in Ontario with an unrestricted license
