Pharmacy Practice Administrator

Medipost Pharmacy is seeking to recruit a Pharmacy Practice Administrator for the Order Processing Oncology offsite Haemalife based in Cape town.

Primary purpose of the job

• Providing proper patient care as per GPP (Good pharmacy practise) regulations
• Administrative Liaison between Medipost and Haemalife
• Status management:
• Track and communicate the status of claims and deliveries from dispatch to delivery confirmations.
• Interpret status for Haemalife clinical staff
• Manage stat 20 rejections
• Address/Alternative address. Adding or removal of alternative addresses or any additional instruction from the patient/practice.
• RIP patients. Remove all dates & templates, log collections for items to be returned, close profiles.
• Access & interpret patient profiles & action diaries for Haemalife staff on request.
• Request reroutes or RTS if and as needed
