Pharmacy practice administrator

Medipost Pharmacy is seeking to recruit a Pharmacy Practice Administrator for the Order Processing Oncology offsite Haemalife based in Cape town.
Primary purpose of the job
Providing proper patient care as per GPP (Good pharmacy practise) regulations
Administrative Liaison between Medipost and Haemalife
Status management:
Track and communicate the status of claims and deliveries from dispatch to delivery confirmations.
Interpret status for Haemalife clinical staff
Manage stat 20 rejections
Address/Alternative address. Adding or removal of alternative addresses or any additional instruction from the patient/practice.
RIP patients. Remove all dates & templates, log collections for items to be returned, close profiles.
Access & interpret patient profiles & action diaries for Haemalife staff on request.
Request reroutes or RTS if and as needed
Handle or direct patient delivery queries where appropriate
