Duties & Responsibilities

Primary purpose of the job

· Administrative Liaison between Medipost and Haemalife.

· Status management:

Track and communicate the status of claims and deliveries from dispatch to delivery confirmations.

Interpret status for Haemalife clinical staff

Manage stat 20 rejections

· Profile maintenance:

Address/Alternative address. Adding or removal of alternative addresses or any additional instruction from the patient/practice.

Updating patient contact information.

RIP patients. Remove all dates & templates, log collections for item...
