A vacancy exists for a Pharmacy Stock Controller , based at Life Bedford Gardens Hospital reporting to the Senior Stock Controller, Michael Dekiewit . The successful candidate will contribute to the effective functioning and co‑ordination of stock in pharmacy.

Critical Outputs

• Capture all surgical invoices, address supplier/vendor queries and process credits daily, as per SOP’s and stock control.
• Ensure GRV book is utilized and checked daily to ensure all invoices are captured.
• Ensure invoices, purchase orders and receipts are collated and signed daily.
• Ensure outstanding invoices are investigated, actioned and reported on monthly and as required.
