The PhilHealth Officer is responsible for processing PhilHealth claims, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with PhilHealth requirements, and handling patient billing and cash transactions. The position plays a vital role in maintaining timely reimbursements and proper financial records of the clinic.
· Prepare, process, and submit PhilHealth claims accurately and on time
· Ensure completeness and correctness of required documents (CF forms, MDR, SOA, dialysis logs, etc.)
· Coordinate with PhilHealth offices regarding claim follow-ups, refiled claims, and returned documents
· Monitor status of submitted claims and maintain PhilHealth tracking records
· Ensure compliance with current PhilHealth rules, circulars, and policies
· Assist during PhilHealth audits, inspections, and validations
· Maintain organized and confidential PhilHealth records
