• Lead strategic planning and implementation of the IIRR Philippines Country Strategy.
• Represent IIRR at national and regional forums to strengthen visibility and influence.
• Foster a culture of performance, learning, inclusion, and accountability.
• Oversee program design, delivery, monitoring, and evaluation across all projects.
