PhilMAPS & North Asia Supply Chain Director

Overview

The PhilMAPS and North Asia Supply Chain Director leads strategic initiatives to ensure compliance with Quality and Food Safety Standards across Beverage JVs in the Philippines, Malaysia, North Asia, and FOBO markets. This role drives the delivery of new launches, commercialization, productivity, and sustainability plans, while spearheading the Supply Chain and manufacturing capability-building agenda for bottlers. It involves close collaboration with PepsiCo BU cross‑functional teams and leveraging sector and global networks for problem solving and transferring PepsiCo Best Practices.

Additionally, the position is accountable for advancing the PEP+ Sustainability agenda, including achieving WWP PEP+ goals, to enable long‑term business growth and system resilience.
