This phlebotomist role focuses on providing high-quality blood collection services in outpatient clinic and draw station settings. You will perform venipuncture and capillary blood collection on patients across all age groups, including pediatric patients and those who are difficult draws, while maintaining strict safety and compliance standards. You will also support the team by helping to orient and train patient service technicians and by promoting a culture of patient-centered care and excellent customer service.
Responsibilities

+ Perform blood collection by venipuncture and capillary techniques from patients of all age groups in outpatient clinics and draw stations.

+ Conduct pediatric blood collections with care, following all safety and comfort measures appropriate for minors.
